Refund Policy: We understand that things happen. Refunds are available at any time. The sessions you have used (including no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours) will be deducted from your refund at the non-package rate of $250/Embodied Neurofeedback session and $350/Intake session. The remainder will be refunded to your original method of payment.
